Vincent Buffoni began his legal career in the City of London where he worked for 5 years for Bischoff & Co. In 1992 Vincent left Bischoff & Co. to join Blick & Co. as a partner, before setting up his own practice in 1994 with other founding partner Dhruti Thakrar.

Dhruti Thakrar has been a solicitor since 1992. She trained in a central London firm, Wedlake Saint. Upon completion of her training she joined a legal aid practice and specialised in Immigration work. In 1994 she joined Vincent Buffoni to set up the current practice.
